About the film
A Roman soldier fights her way through a gauntlet of monsters and gods to carry something back to the people she swore to protect. But the further she travels, the more the world around her stops making sense — and what she's searching for was never going to be found the way she thinks. Journey Home is a "katabasis" — a descent to the underworld — told through the eyes of a warrior who doesn't yet know which journey she's really on. — A fully AI-generated short film, created using Runway, Seedance, and Midjourney for visuals, DaVinci Resolve for color grading and sound design, and Suno for original score. This video contains AI-generated and AI-altered content. — If this world drew you in, let me know in the comments — and subscribe for more mythology-driven short films. 0:00 Skull Rock 3:26 Medusa 6:56 The Dragon 9:01 Skeleton Warriors 10:55 The Minotaur 13:49 The Cursed Mirrors 15:53 The Journey Home
