About the film

A young man keeps his father's ashes on a shelf, between the router and the charger — everywhere but honored. When he finally turns over a photograph of his father alone at the river, it isn't a decision so much as a door opening. What follows is a near-silent journey by train to Varanasi, where he arrives before the crowds do, wades into the water, and does the one thing his father asked of him, once, too late to matter to his father, and just in time to matter to himself. VISARJAN is a fully AI-generated short film, written, directed, and produced by Akash Jaggi for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival 2026 — built entirely inside Higgsfield's Cinema Studio, from character and world design through final cut.
