About the film

THE TINTERS | An AI Animated Short Film (2026) ——————————————— Every autumn, the leaves are painted by hand. One leaf at a time. Ochre has turned this forest every year of his life — one brush, one stroke, one leaf. His son Milo thinks there's a faster way. He keeps building new tools and gadgets. His father keeps refusing them. A story about fathers, sons, and the new ways that challenge the old. No dialogue. Just wind, brushes, and everything a father can't say. ——————————————— Something different from us this time. After 15 years of making cartoons, this is our first AI short film — made for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival, where it competes for a $1M prize pool judged by Ed Catmull (Pixar), Phedon Papamichael, Alex Proyas and Paul W. S. Anderson. Every frame and every sound in this film is AI-generated. Crafted by Bram Lee (Cartoon Hooligans) · Grown on Higgsfield
