SUNSHINE STATE — Extended Cut, an AI film by pierre bernard

About the film

Miami, 1987. Two small-time crooks pull off the easiest robbery of their lives. Nothing about it goes to plan, and everything about it works. Jack has a timetable, a stolen tow truck and a plan he explains once. Vince has doubts, a car that won't start, and a very clear memory of saying it wouldn't work. Between them they take a white sedan off a Miami side street — and then spend the next two minutes finding out who it belonged to. This extended cut adds the full heist, the pursuit through Miami and the bridge, roughly ninety seconds that weren't in the first version. SUNSHINE STATE is a short crime comedy made for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival 2026. Generated entirely on higgsfield.ai — Soul Cinema, Seedance, Nano Banana Pro. Music generated with AI.
