About the film
Welcome to the Synthetic Sanctuary. In this short horror film, we join Sarah as she stops off to refuel and make a new friend... For this short film I used Chat GPT's new 4o image model to generate images for each scene based on my script. This new model is incredible and allowed me to create a much more consistent video. The model also allows for specific direction and I found that Chat GPT understands what I want 90% of the time. Once I had my images I took them into Hailuo / Minimax to generate clips using the image to video option. This video generator is still amazing and I couldn't have completed the video without it. The sound effects and ambient background noise were created using Eleven Lab's which is invaluable. Concept by myself, edited in Davinci Resolve.
